About FiLMS
The FiLMS Foundation (Foundation for Innovative Leadership and Management Solutions) seeks to provide practical and pragmatic support in the direction of Solution oriented Management through the familiarisation with and adoptation of new Paradigms and the development of new styles of Leadership driven from an ‘internal’ orientation and motivation. It seeks to encourage to change from dualistic views and approach towards a way of thinking based on three or a triangular kind of logic.

Joseph van Keulen is the founder of the FiLMS foundation. As an engineer and economist, van Keulen seeks to reshape his multidisciplinary and multicultural international management experience into renewed philosphical and spiritually grounded business concepts in which collective components form an important ingredient. He is an enterpreneur, visionary, strategist and systems consultant and member of the Richard Barrett's Value Based Management network and practitioner of family and systems constellations.
